I found The Donovan Team through Zillow. And what luck!! We were buying in Maryland while we lived in California. I had only one day to see homes. The Donovan team was great through every step of the house buying process and went far above and beyond what most agents would do. I found a house that was listed way below market value in a high demand neighborhood in the neighborhood we wanted to be in on a Thursday evening. I looked at reviews and decided to call the Donovan team with some unusual time requests. Jason answered the phone and I asked him if he could show me this house tomorrow (Friday)morning when I got off work and if I liked it show the house to my wife on Saturday. I told him I thought it was going to sell quickly and I needed an agent that could work on a really fast time schedule. He told me they could do it. Friday at 9:00 we looked at the house and I told him I wanted my wife to look at it. Saturday morning Johnny met me and my wife at the house. That afternoon we submitted a contract on the house. There were more than a dozen offers on the house and we were the second best offer and did not get the contract.
