The Donovan Team welcomes the opportunity to meet with you to discuss your specific real estate goals.  We break taking a new listing into three steps.

Step one: we will meet with you at your home to discuss your motivation for selling, tour your home, and discuss our marketing game plan, (please note we do not ask you to sign anything at this meeting).

Step two: now that we have reviewed your home in detail we can now do a market analysis to determine where you stand in today’s market place.  This analysis includes sold comps for your community as well as homes that are active, under contract, or recently withdrawn.  Additionally, we will provide you with valuable statistics for the listing’s within your community. Finally, we will provide you with a recommended list price range, an estimated sales price, and an estimated net sheet which will include your mortgage payoff and all closing cost associated with the sale of your home.

Step three: once you have reviewed the market analysis and if you have decided that now is the right time for you to list your property, we will come out to sign the listing paperwork, discuss showings, and answer any questions you may have.
